Shipping & Returns


FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING for orders over $150 within Australia only (including tracking). Flat rate $11 shipping fee for orders below $150 for Express Shipping within Australia (including tracking).

Orders will be processed within 48 hours after purchase confirmation during weekdays and weekend purchases will be processed within 48 hours of the following business day. Orders will be delivered between 1-5 working days after you receive your tracking number at dispatch (this can be subject to delivery schedules from Australia Post).

Orders are delivered by Express Post (Australian Post). You will be emailed the tracking number once the order has been dispatched. Please note that a signature is not required at the time of delivery in Australia and Jonté Designs will not take responsibly for missing parcels delivered to the correct address. Please double check your details to make sure they are correct for Delivery as Jonté Designs will not be held liable for incorrect shipping details unless responsible for the mistake.

Duties & Tax: Orders within Australia are charged Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% of the total order value. All our prices are inclusive of GST and is noted on your order confirmation.

International shipping is available with a flat rate of Au $20 and FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING for orders over $350.

Duties & Tax: All orders outside of Australia DO NOT INCLUDE GST or the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. It is your responsibility to pay duties and taxes that are applied to your country of destination. Goods pay me subject to inspection by your local customs office. For further information please contact your local customs office.

We strive to provide our customers with utmost satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order you will need to notify us and return the item within 10 days of your purchase date. Please email online@jontedesigns.com and notify us with your order invoice number, date, purchase, reason for request and whether you would like to exchange or claim a credit note.

We only offer EXCHANGES or CREDIT NOTES on items bought unless faulty.

There are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES for items bought on sale unless deemed faulty.

RETURNING YOUR ITEMS
Please ensure the following requirements are met:

  • The item is in its original packaging
  • All tags are in place in their original condition
  • The item has not been worn, washed or altered in any way
  • The item has been returned within the 14 day period

Balcatta WA 6021.

Customers are liable for the cost of posting their item/s back to the Jonté Designs Studio. Postage will be refunded if the item is deemed faulty or there was an error from our office, to a maximum value of $25.

Items will be assessed upon return and if all requirements are met, the exchange/credit note or refund will be processed. Jonté Designs will cover the payment of posting the exchanged items back to you.
