RETURNS / REFUNDS POLICY
We strive to provide our customers with utmost satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order you will need to notify us and return the item within 10 days of your purchase date. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us with your order invoice number, date, purchase, reason for request and whether you would like to exchange or claim a credit note.
We only offer EXCHANGES or CREDIT NOTES on items bought unless faulty.
There are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES for items bought on sale unless deemed faulty.
RETURNING YOUR ITEMS
Please ensure the following requirements are met:
- The item is in its original packaging
- All tags are in place in their original condition
- The item has not been worn, washed or altered in any way
- The item has been returned within the 14 day period
Returns are to be sent to the Jonté Designs Studio
Suite 1/231 Balcatta Road,
Balcatta WA 6021.
Customers are liable for the cost of posting their item/s back to the Jonté Designs Studio. Postage will be refunded if the item is deemed faulty or there was an error from our office, to a maximum value of $25.
Items will be assessed upon return and if all requirements are met, the exchange/credit note or refund will be processed. Jonté Designs will cover the payment of posting the exchanged items back to you.
